Student administration - Payments

Important! From the 2022/23/1 semester, tuition fees in EUR are paid in Neptun, but to a different bank account than administrative fees in HUF, so please be careful with which account you transfer money to!
 

Tuition fee (in EUR)

Students must pay the tuition fee after having registered for each semester - Euro/Semester:

The tuition fee is always paid in euros in Neptun. You can transfer the tuition fee to the following account:

In the transfers comment field (notice/announcement/topic) you have to provide your Neptun-code in the following format: NK-Your Neptun code (e.g. “NK-ABCD12”).

After the bank transfer the amount will be shown on your Neptun account within a week. Please note that debts transcribed in Neptun must be completed in Neptun after the funds have arrived in the system, otherwise the system will block you when the payment deadline has passed. Therefore you won’t be able to register either for the semester or for your exams.

The payment deadline is 15 October for the autumn semester, and 15 March for the spring semester.

If you have a valid reason for not being able to pay the tuition fee before the deadline, you must submit a request to the Dean by 15 September or 15 February respectively.

Correspondent Bank Details
When paying your tuition fee from an international bank, you may need to use our university's correspondent bank (Magyar Nemzeti Bank) if your bank does not have a direct relationship with our bank (Magyar Allamkincstar). Please check with your bank to see if this is necessary, and if so, make sure to use the following correspondent bank details provided by our university. This will help ensure that the payment is processed smoothly and reaches our account without any delays.

Additional fees (in HUF)

During your studies you may have to pay some additional fees in HUF (e.g. student ID card, delay fees).
