Five PPK students represented the Faculty at the United Nations in Geneva.
Between November 25 and 29, master’s students in Social Integration participated in the 18th Session of the Forum on Minority Issues at the United Nations in Geneva, representing the PPK Institute of Intercultural Psychology and Education at ELTE (IPPI).
During their time in Geneva, they engaged with various minority groups and actors working on minority rights worldwide. This experience provided valuable insights for their academic research and thesis work.

They also actively participated in forum sessions, side events, the award ceremony for minority artists, and a visit to the FAO office, expanding their understanding of how minorities contribute to stable, resilient, and peaceful societies while identifying challenges and connections to their studies.

The master’s students Ani Grigoryan, Bermet Derbishova, Florencio Venté, Michelle Estefania, and Nađa Šoć expressed their appreciation for the support provided by the Faculty, especially from the Head of IPPI, Dr. Nguyen Luu Lan Anh, and the institute administrator Pálma Farkas.
This event marked an important milestone as the first-ever participation of IPPI and PPK as a delegation at a United Nations forum.
